6zzz Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6zzz ("6zzz", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 6zzz online gaming platform, including the website at 6zzz.io, the 6zzz mobile application, and all associated services.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

When you register a 6zzz account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings or notify support promptly.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If 6zzz identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be forfeited, and the combined balance may be reduced to a single account balance at 6zzz's discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 6zzz will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. 4 Deposits and Payments

6zzz accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three primary mobile financial services used in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is stated on the deposit page within your account and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are credited to your 6zzz gaming wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within five minutes of completing the transaction, contact support with your transaction reference number and the amount sent.

All funds deposited into your 6zzz account must be used for gaming activity. 5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are sent to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket accounts registered in the same name as the 6zzz account. Requests to withdraw to a different name or a different payment method will not be processed until identity verification is completed.

The standard processing time for withdrawals at 6zzz is under two minutes for all supported payment methods. This applies to withdrawals within the standard daily limit. Withdrawal requests that exceed the daily limit may require additional processing time and may be subject to identity verification.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during a game round, 6zzz will attempt to resolve the situation fairly based on the game state at the time of the fault. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, the bet placed for that round will be returned to your account. 6zzz's decision on technical fault resolutions is final.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• Winnings are credited to your gaming wallet immediately upon the conclusion of each game round.
• In live dealer games, the dealer's actions and the game outcome are final once the round is closed.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the game software is a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure.

8 Fair Play Policy
